Push Press:
- Barbell- Male:35kg Female: 25kg
-DB/KB- Single Arm = 50 reps (25 per side)


Accessories:
3 x 8-12 Skull Crushers
*Can be done standing or lying on bench
*Can be done one arm at a time with KB or DB, both arms with a barbell


Stretch:
Chest Stretch 2min/side
Tricep/Lat Stretch 2min/side


Barbell Option:
Squat Clean + 4 Front Squats
1-1-1-1-1


Non-Barbell Option:
Bulgarian Split Squat
12-12-12/side
