Workout Intent:
To improve your cardio and endurance. Run at a pace that will allow you to start your Wallballs straight away with consistent sets. The hang power cleans are supposed to be heavy but if you can't do more than 3-5 reps in a row with a short break, reduce the weight. If you're able to do 10-15 reps in a row, the weight is too light.
