Min 3: Max Calories on any machine
Min 4: Rest
Note: Only your last Snatch weight will be added to your calorie reps. If you end up with 100 calories and snatch 60kg on the 5th round, your score is 160.
Workout Intent:
To improve your cardio and accuracy. Work up in weight and go by feeling each round with the plan of hitting your best lift on the last round. Aim to hold consistent calories each round and sprint on the last round.
