Hero WOD for Remembrance Day which was Wednesday.
Aim to work hard when it is your turn, then soak up the rest. Try to keep pushing your partner for the full 40minutes.

AMRAP in 40minutes
50 Burpees
400m RUN
50 KB Swings 24kg/16kg
400m RUN
50 Strict Pull Ups
400m RUN
50 Push Ups
400m RUN
*Break the reps up between the pair as needed, one person works at a time. Both people run together*
