Workout Intent:
To improve your cardio and muscular endurance. Choose a number on the Double Unders that you can complete the reps in under 50sec. Try your best to keep moving for the full minute on the Sit-ups. For the max calories move at a pace that will allow you to get through the Double Unders on the following round.
