Workout Intent:
To improve your muscular endurance, cardio and barbell cycling. Aim to move fast through the first set of sit-ups, then chip away at the power snatch reps without stepping away from the barbell too often (keep moving). On the last set of sit-ups, dig deep and get them done as fast as possible.
