Workout Intent:
To improve your gymnastics strength & endurance. Focus on running hard each round to give yourself the most amount of time on each AMRAP (reduce the distance on the run of it takes more than 2mins). Constant movement and fast transitions are the aims for the AMRAP portion of the workout, so scale the reps to achieve this stimulus.
